Natural Candles

I love candles, but when I found out all of the chemicals that go into so many of them, I stopped using them completely. Now I have learned that you can get natural candles and some of my favorites are on Etsy! You can browse natural candles on Etsy here:

Essential oils

I absolutely love Plant Therapy Essential Oils. I started with Young Living and although I love those best, Plant Therapy has been a more affordable option. They publish a purity report for each of their oils so it is a great way to be sure you are getting completely pure essential oils!

Some of my favorite to gift are:

Lavender

Germ Fighter

Lemon

Eucalyptus

Sleep Tight

The Set

Diffuser

A diffuser is a powerful and simple way to get the awesome effects of essential oils for your body and your home. There are tons of cute styles to choose from, here are a few of my favorites.

A diffuser + essential oils make a great gift combo!

Dryer Balls

Dryer balls are a great way to not only save money, but to do your laundry with natural products! Using dryer balls can cut down on dry time and it can replace dryer sheets. Sometimes I will throw them in the dryer as they are and other times I’ll put a few drops of essential oils on them!

Dryer balls + essential oils make a great gift combo!

Instant Pot

An Instant Pot is an awesome way to make a ton of easy, from-scratch meals or food items.  You can make yogurt, whole chickens, broth, applesauce, baby food and SO much more in just a short time.

This is one of my favorite things in the kitchen and was my favorite Christmas gift a few years back!

Glass Water Bottle

A glass water bottle is a great gift for those who live a more natural lifestyle. Not only is it free from the chemicals in the plastic water bottles, but it is perfect for adding in drops of essential oils!

Here are a few of my favorites:

Exercise Gifts

It’s hard to bring myself to purchase fun exercise stuff for myself, so I love getting them as gifts! Here are a few ideas:
