There are so many real health benefits of frankincense essential oil.
This oil has been used for thousands of years - it’s an ancient, holy oil. I love thinking about how it was presented to Jesus at his birth. Growing up celebrating Christmas, I’d heard of Frankincense long before I knew anything about essential oils and yet I still had no idea of the tremendous value this oil held.
This oil was used for many things from incense to medicinal uses, to embalming in Biblical times (1). It was a highly traded entity in the Middle East and North Africa and is still considered a valuable medicinal oil by many Eastern cultures.

I popped Advil like candy, poured on the Biofreeze and used countless lotions and other beauty products to try and help me feel better.
But recently I came across the powerful benefits of the natural Frankincense essential oil and I want to share them with you today.

4. Add a few drops to your moisturizer, lotions or body wash to unlock skin benefits
